The seat, designed for babies up to 30 inches and 22 pounds, has an exclusive Confort-Dry™ pad for the seat designed to keep baby safe and dry, and the safety-padded wings add even more protection to baby’s head. Parents can use the Primo Viaggio SIP with or without the base, and it is safety tested for use in automobiles as well as airplanes. The seat locks into the base of all Peg Perego strollers and is available to match every new Peg Perego stroller collection. This seat is easy to use, with one-hand adjustments of the 5-point restraint belt system, as well as a one-hand release from the base or stroller. The hood and the handle are both adjustable. Peg Perego’s Primo Viaggio meets all NHTSA standards and is made in Italy.
