Terms and Conditions
• Shipping & Handling charges are included in our prices. They are non-refundable in the event of a return and our customer pays return freight.
• Returns are accepted for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase. A Return Authorization (RA) is required for all returns/exchanges,
call 1-888-886-6245. All returns must be in new condition, complete with the original box, instructions, warranty cards, etc. If an item is
received back and it is missing it's packaging or is not in it's new condition then a 30% re-conditioning/used goods fee will apply as the unit is
then not sellable as a new unit. Only our Gas Powered vehicels are NON-RETURNABLE.
• SALES TAX: Arizona State deliveries will be charged sales tax.
• We are unable to ship to a PO Box or an APO address.
• International: With the exception of our Luxury Cars, we can not ship international at this time. We CAN however ship to a freight forwarder of your choice.
• Mobileation is not the manufacturer of any of the items found within the Mobileaton site and assumes no liability for incidents of personal injury.

Delivery Times: Mobileation orders ship out fast, most often within 1-2 business days! General delivery time is within 7-10 business days, often sooner. Most items ship via UPS or Fed Ex. We do utilize freight forwarders for larger items. Typically Freight companies contact you to set up a delivery time convenient for you. NOTE: OVERSIZED FREIGHT DELIVERY IS CURB SIDE ONLY. Drivers can charge a fee if you require them to bring the item onto your property.
Tracking info: Sent via e-mail within approximately 7 business days for non-freight orders and 4-10 business days
for freight orders. We appreciate your patience.
Damaged items: If your item should get damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately (same day if possible
888-886-6245). Do not use the merchandise and the original carton and packaging must be kept for inspection by the shipping company.
What if I need to return my order?
• Returns are accepted for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase.

• We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.
• Gas powered units are NOT returnable.

Safety: Adult supervision is required with all ride on toys. When purchasing a helmet be sure that it is DOT approved first. Age specifications are general. Age ranges truly depend on individual child's capability.
